1) Do you stock 'x' product?
If you don't see something in stock online and you'd like to, contact us and we'll work to get that for you.
2) Can I choose the items in my mystery box?
Sadly not. We'd love to offer a totally customisable box option but that takes the fun out of the surprise, right?! Instead, we handpick items and put them together in the hope that you'll love what you get when you open the box. However, if you want to contact us to discuss options then you're more than welcome and we'll do our best.
3) How much is delivery?
Please look at our dedicated delivery page for all the relevant and up to date information regarding delivery.
4) Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns at this time. If you're unhappy with anything then we will of course do everything in our power to keep you happy! One of the main reasons we don't accept returns is because of our mystery boxes, returning a box because you didn't like a character that was included is something we cannot foresee. We do aim to give you a varied mystery box but we cannot please everyone all of the time, as much as we would love to.
5) Do you have a discount code I could use?
Our discount codes pop up on social media often and can indeed be found in the bio of our social media pages and we keep this for our followers so if you pop on over to our social channels, then you never know what you may find!
