Shipping Policy

We post everything out from the time of order in around 2-4 working days. 

This is not the length of time that it takes to get delivered to your door but the time it takes for us to arrange your products and get those posted out. From the date I post out items, allow an extra 3 days on average for the item to get to you.

All items are sent 2nd Class Signed For unless otherwise specified. This is to keep the costs of the postage down and also for both our and your peace of mind that you're item will be tracked. 

1) Can I upgrade my shipping to 1st Class?

You absolutely can, please contact us and we can add an upgraded shipping listing to the shop which when purchased on top of your existing item, will add that extra 1st class postage to your item.

2) Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! 

3) Why is the postage 'x' amount? 

We try and keep our postage costs at the best price we possibly can. All our prices are checked regularly against those of the Royal Mail (our shipping carrier) to ensure that we are giving you the best price we can. Postage costs go directly into the cost of posting your item and any tiny amount on top (normally a few pennies!) goes towards the cost of the packaging materials that we have to buy to ensure your item gets to you in tip top condition.

4) My item hasn't arrived, what shall I do? 

Please allow 14 days from the date of purchase before contacting us as delays can happen and once the parcel is in the hands of the Royal Mail, it is not our responsibility in regards to how long it takes them to deliver to you. We wish it was but sadly sometimes things do go awry and in this circumstance, we will work with you to get you the best possible resolution.

If you're international (MMG is a UK based shop), then please allow 21 days before contacting. 

This reason alone is why all our postage is tracked- it saves you the worry and it saves us the worry, too.
